My Latest Addiction

Yes this has been my addiction off late.... Oho ok... I m yet to tell u wat it is right?? :).... here I go... in one word 'PHOTOGRAPHY'

The first thing that I do when I log on to my system ... is to go straight to the SLRBB... (that 's the name of the public bulletin) to check all the pics posted there...

Every post... or every pic keeps me spellbound... What an eye these people in photography have... man its breathtaking....

These people get up early in the morning and go on hunting to capture Birds, Nature, Flowers.... the list is endless.... I mean they have this gift to see the world thru their eyes and indeed see all that are unique ... :-)

How much ever I might blog praising the beauty of each pic I should admit right away that I m not kindled to try my hands on Photography.... For I understand that I M no fit for the same :-)....*me the honest kid*

These people have their own lingo's like ... EXIF, Aperture, LENS, Panning,bokeh ... I mean I don't even remember them... :-(... They do maintain a wiki page to explain all about Photography but then royal princess never finds time to check it out ... :-)

There was a display of the pics of these photographers at our campus.... Goodness me... It was like getting into a whole new world.... Every pic had something to express thru its silence.... So many candid moments... So many beautiful snaps... I am running out of adjective to say how i felt...

To say the least SLRBB keeps me stunned every time... Everyday I honestly look forward to some beautiful shots... And trust me i have never been disappointed till date...

Now what has this latest addiction done to me? It has urged me to learn few things like Photo shop, PAINT .NET, GIMP.... I really really wish I get to learn these at my own leisure....

BTW I would be a little busy in this space say for another 3 days... So will catch u up with more posts....

Election around the corner

Its election time... And personally these are the only times you get to know more about the Politicians and How Indian Democracy runs:-)....

Right from Childhood I have this strong desire that I shall be part of the Indian Ruling System. My parents have always taught me that if you have ideas to change the world then u must be in the power to do the same....

Somewhere deep within I sense that I will be in this job of serving my nation being in its highest power.... But the most ironical thing is, I have found Politics or Politicians too boring to keep myself updated....

Its only this time because of the general election i have promised myself to stay updated and I m making a conscious effort towards the same...

This time around it is so nice to see so many initiatives like jaagore, ROCK band(SHUT UP N VOTE) which emphasizes the need for the young people of India to realize the value of their votes and make it count!!!

One such initiative is the AD that comes in TIMES NOW... where the parents swear on their kids that this time around they won't give lame excuse to NOT TO VOTE. I just love that ad, it gives a sense of responsibility when comes to electing your Person.

Also the one from Aamir Khan... it gives me goose bumps where he says for a secured future for our kids we need to vote....

Personally I feel that; this time around there is so much of focus on youth getting to be part of politics and I see this as a positive sign for India's Politics...

I sincerely wish that the Youth Power of India can make a difference to the Indian Administrative system....

I m too happy to have shared my thought here....

Feeling Sorry

I am seldom available on this space and I take a regular long break for months to post a blog.... I really feel sorry for myself.... How I wish I could be active around here.....

There is an internal blog available in my office and I strictly stay away from blogging there... For I m sure it would be a big addiction for me... But i can't give the same reason out here... I I really wish to stay active here even if it calls for being addictive;-)....

It brings so much joy to read your own post after a long time... U don't believe that you could express so much about yourself.....

This week is just going fine... Nothing much to narrate about .... Whoever is reading this blog... Wish me luck to stay active :-)
